tM-7565
Introduction
ICP DAS has provided various USB to CAN product solutions which are widely recommended in the market. The USB to CAN converters can help users to implement the communication with CAN network via USB interface. In order to cater for costing requirement, we provide a new solution of USB to CAN converter-tM-7565. The tM-7565 is a tiny USB to CAN converter to fit for narrower environment as a result of its small size. Since it has USB interface, it is easily to be used via laptop. It has isolation on power side and on CAN bus side and it has a good performance. The function of tM-7565 can full compatibly with I-7565. In additional, it provides new function such as listen only. User can use this function to listen CAN bus messages and error detection. According to above features, tM-7565 is an economical and practical USB to CAN converter solution.

Moreover, we expand the functionalities of tM-7565 for some special application. In pair connection mode, tM-7565 can be used to communicate between two PC via USB. The application architecture may be as follows.

Applications
- Factory Automation
- Building Automation
- Home Automation
- Control System
- Monitor System
- Vehicle Automation

The tM-7565 uses VxCAN Utility to configure and test. VxCAN is a technique developed from ICP DAS and we call it “Virtual CAN”. It is used to integrate all of ICP DAS CAN converter modules. Via this technique and its Windows platform API, users can develop utility tool by themselves to fit their application. The VxCAN Utility is also developed by using this method. Thus, we will integrate all CAN converter utility via VxCAN Utility in the future. About more VxCAN information, please refer to VxCAN Utility website.
