PoE Ethernet Vibration Predictive Diagnostic Module with 4-Axis Accelerometer (IEPE) Input, Built-in Health Score and 17 Fault Diagnostics
Introduction
PET-AR401 integrates 4-channel IEPE vibration signal acquisition, a 24-bit ADC, PoE communication, and built-in PdM analysis. It converts raw vibration data into equipment health scores, fault feature values, and maintenance decision information, helping users quickly understand the condition of rotating equipment.
Users can write equipment parameters through Modbus TCP, such as rotational speed, gear tooth count, and bearing characteristic frequencies. After the module starts the PMS process, edge computing is performed and diagnostic results are available.
