Introduction:

ICP DAS releases a new ISaGRAF application about how to use an ISaGRAF PAC comes with the free “Soft-GRAF Studio” HMI software and “Schedule-Control Utility” that allow users to easily complete the scheduling control for an automation device via the specialized HMI pages.

With the mature development of automation technology, the different types of industries introduced the “intelligent” solutions continuously for humans to offer the more convenient and elastic living. ICP DAS has been deeply rooted in the field of automation and provides a wealth of products to cope with various needs. Among these products, the ISaGRAF is a set of the most stable and flexible SoftLogic development software, the Soft-GRAF Studio is an HMI software that allows users to design the specific HMI pages by using the simple graphical drag and drop operation, and the Schedule-Control Utility is used to configure the scheduling times for an on/off device and it also can be used for numerical control (e.g., temperature).

For the purposes of ISaGRAF FAQ-170, a single ISaGRAF WinCE PAC (Programmable Automation Controller, e.g., VP-25W7) is used with a single I-87057W DO module inserted. In addition, “Soft-GRAF Studio” is used to design four HMI pages (e.g., Home, Lawn, Shopping Mall and Factory), and then the “Schedule-Control Utility” is used to configure the required scheduling times for each device.
