UA-7231M Compact Release New Version V1.4.6.0:
The UA-7231M Compact IIoT Communication Server releases the new version of V1.4.6.0. This update focuses on enhancing the security protection mechanism, including the new Firewall Whitelist function that allows only specific IPs or IP ranges to connect to the UA, preventing unauthorized access. In addition, the OPC UA Server now includes updated security policies and improved certificate management to strengthen communication security. New Functions:
- Firewall Whitelist Feature for Enhanced Security
The newly added Firewall Whitelist function enables users to define a list of allowed IP addresses or ranges that can connect to the UA, preventing unauthorized access and safeguarding the UA's network security.
- Update OPC UA Server Security Policies
This version introduces three new security policies for the OPC UA Server to enhance its security architecture:
- Basic256Sha256
- Aes128-Sha256-RsaOaep
- Aes256-Sha256-RsaPss
- Optimized Certificate Generation and Security Enhancements
The Certificate generation process now includes IP information settings and supports RsaSha256 signature, improving both certificate verification and security.
- System Log(Syslog) Function for Troubleshooting
The System Log function continuously records the UA's TCP connection status and the online status of connected MQTT Brokers. Users can download the Syslog files to analyze communication issues or environmental factors effecting UA operations.
