ICP DAS HART Converter ( I-7567 / I-7570 ) New Function Release
 
 
The I-7567 / I-7570 are the HART converters specially designed for the master device of HART protocol. They allow users to access the HART slave devices by using virtual COM-port (I-7567 (USB to HART)) or RS-232 / RS-422 / RS-485 (I-7570(Serial to HART)). These HART slave devices may be a transmitter, actuator, current output device and so forth. In addition, we also provide the free HART converter utility tool (HC_Tool) to configure HART devices and test HART communication easily and quickly. In order to meet more users’ requirements, ICP DAS releases the new functions as below.
 
New Functions:
  • Provide the parameter configuration and hardware information of HART converter module.
  • Search all HART slave devices automatically and show the detailed information of HART devices.
  • Provide HART “Universal” and “Common-Practice” command (v5.0 and v6.0 supported). It can be used to access and configure HART devices easily and quickly.
  • Provide “Listen” function for HART communication and it will show the detailed information of HART messages.

  • Support HART Short/Long frame
  • Support HART Burst mode.
  • Support point-to-point or multi-drop HART mode
  • Support connecting up to 15 HART slave devices
  • Allow two HART masters
  • Provide utility tool for module configuration and HART communication
  • Support firmware update by users.
  • Provide PWR/Tx/Rx indication LED
  • 4KV ESD Protection
  • 3KVDC Isolation on the HART side
  • Built-in Watchdog.
  • Selectable 250Ω load resistor
 
Utility Tool (HC_Tool) Features:
 
 
  • Search all HART slave devices automatically.
  • Provide HART “Universal” and “Common-Practice” command (v5.0 and v6.0 supported).
  • Provide module configuration and HART communication test easily and quickly.
  • Provides data log for HART communication.
